Thank you for using the UzunOl ("Application" or "Licensed Application") mobile application. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and Atakan R. ("Developer").

By downloading, installing, or continuing to use the application, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, please do not use the application. This agreement covers the terms of use of the application, limitations of liability, health and safety warnings, subscription and payment terms, intellectual property rights, and the privacy policy. All of these terms govern the relationship between the Developer and the End-User and are valid within the framework of applicable laws.

UzunOl is not a healthcare or medical advice application. The content provided by the application is for informational and entertainment purposes only. The application only provides you with a pre-defined exercise program and does not provide any advice specific to your personal situation.

It is entirely your responsibility to consult a doctor or authorized healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. The user is entirely responsible for any injury, harm, or health problems that may occur during or after the implementation of the exercises. The Developer cannot be held responsible for any results obtained or not obtained as a result of using the application. By using the application, you assume all risk and responsibility.

All nutrition, diet, and meal suggestions offered by the application are also for informational purposes only. The application does not guarantee suitability for your personal medical condition, allergies, or special nutritional requirements. You must consult a doctor or expert dietitian before making significant changes to your diet. The Developer can in no way be held responsible for allergic reactions, health problems, or other negative situations that may arise as a result of applying the recipes or nutritional advice provided.

IMPORTANT — ALLERGY AND FOOD SENSITIVITY WARNING: The nutrition suggestions, recipes, and dietary supplements presented within the application are for general informational purposes only. If you have any food allergies, intolerances, or special dietary conditions, you must consult a doctor or specialist dietitian before following any nutrition suggestions in the application. The application does not individually filter foods that may pose an allergic reaction risk. Any allergic reactions, health problems, or adverse outcomes arising from following the nutrition suggestions are entirely the user's responsibility.

Statements such as '+2 cm', 'grow taller in 30 days', and 'reach your potential height' used within the application and in promotional materials are shared purely for entertainment and motivational purposes. These statements do not constitute any medical, scientific, or professional advice and do not guarantee any specific results.

Height growth depends on age, genetics, nutrition, sleep patterns, hormonal status, bone age, and many other individual factors, and varies from person to person. The 'potential height' value calculated by the application is an estimate based on statistical models and does not contain any guarantee. All exercise, nutrition, and sleep content in the application is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes, does not promise a specific height increase result, and does not constitute personal advice. Numerical values used in promotional materials (e.g., +2 cm, 30 days) are entertainment and motivational statements and are not contractual commitments.

By using the application, the user is deemed to have accepted the above conditions. In the event that expected results are not achieved, no right to compensation, refund, or legal claim against the Developer shall arise.

This application is designed for users aged 16 and above. Users under the age of 16 may not use the application. Users between the ages of 16 and 18 may only use the application with the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for all consequences arising from the minor user's use of the application and the implementation of exercise, nutrition, and other content within the application. Any user under the age of 18 must consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

All recommendations provided within the application (including nutrition, water intake, exercise, sleep patterns, and similar lifestyle suggestions) are for informational purposes only. The Developer cannot be held responsible in any way for any health problems, injuries, allergies, discomfort arising from water or food consumption, or other adverse outcomes that may result from following these recommendations. Each user is responsible for evaluating the application's content in light of their own health condition, individual needs, and personal circumstances, and for seeking appropriate professional advice before following any recommendations. By using the application, you are deemed to have assumed all risks related to the content and recommendations provided, and to have acknowledged that you have no right to make any legal claim, seek compensation, or request a refund from the Developer.

The Developer is solely responsible for all maintenance and support services related to the Licensed Application. You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

The Developer is solely responsible for all product warranties, express or implied, unless legally invalid. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any warranty, the End-User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to that End-User.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application. All other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are solely the responsibility of the Developer.

You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of that Licensed Application including, but not limited to:

(i) Product liability claims (ii) Any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement (iii) Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

This EULA cannot limit the Developer's liability to the End-User beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or the End-User's possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

All text, graphics, exercise programs, logos, and software within the application are the property of the Developer and are protected by copyrights.

(i) You acknowledge that the application will be used solely for the purposes for which it was developed (obtaining potential height information, exercise tracking, and general healthy lifestyle support).

When using the Licensed Application, you must comply with applicable third-party terms of service. For example, you must not violate the terms of your wireless data service agreement.

The application uses the following third-party services:

You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon the End-User's acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

To fully benefit from the features of the application, you must create an account with your Google or Apple account. You are deemed to have accepted Apple's and Google's own terms.

The application offers an annual subscription service under the name "UzunOl Premium" which provides additional features. The premium subscription provides access to motivational content, exercise routines, nutrition tracking, and progress analysis tools. The subscription fee is in exchange for access to these digital tools and content; no specific physical result (such as height increase) is guaranteed.

Subscription Type: Annual Subscription Trial Period: You can use the designated free trial period if you wish Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time Refund: No refunds will be provided when the subscription is cancelled Auto-Renewal: Renews automatically every year unless cancelled

A designated free trial period is offered for UzunOl Premium. Full access to all premium features is provided during the trial period. If you wish to cancel the trial period, you must complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before your trial period expires. Otherwise, the annual subscription fee will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period and your subscription will remain active for 1 year.

Important: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the subscription has started, during or after the trial period.

The UzunOl Premium annual subscription automatically renews every year unless cancelled. 24 hours before the subscription period expires, the annual subscription fee is automatically charged from your account. After the initial purchase, your subscription remains active for one year and then automatically renews.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, and the fee is not refunded. Your access to Premium features does not end the moment you cancel; you will continue to have access for the remainder of your subscription period. However, auto-renewal will not occur for the next period.

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

If you want to use a previously purchased UzunOl Premium subscription on another device or after reinstalling the application, you can use the "Restore Purchases" option within the application. On iOS devices, your premium features will be automatically restored as long as you are logged in with the same Apple ID; on Android devices, as long as you are logged in with the same Google account.

No refunds are provided in case of subscription cancellation. Refund requests are not accepted after payment is made, including the trial period. The Developer reserves the right to change this EULA at any time. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the website or within the application. Each time you use the application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the current EULA, Privacy Policy, and all additional terms. If you do not accept the current terms, you must immediately stop using the application.

We collect the following information from you while you use the application:

Social Login Data: When you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address from these services. Profile Information: Gender, date of birth. Physical Data: Current height and weight, parental heights, shoe size, and daily sleep duration. Usage Data: Exercises you have completed, your level progress, your streak information, and monthly height measurement records.

The data we collect is used to provide you with better service:

Potential Height Calculation (Artificial Intelligence): We send a request to an artificial intelligence model to calculate your potential height. During this process, no personal information (name, email, etc.) that would identify you is **shared** with the AI service. Only anonymized physical data (e.g., age, gender, parental heights) is used for the calculation. Your privacy is fully protected during this process. Personalization: Your physical data is used to adjust the difficulty (durations) of the exercise program that is most suitable for you. Progress Tracking: Your usage data is used to create your development graph, operate the streak system, and increase your motivation.

Your data is hosted on Supabase (Postgres), a secure infrastructure.

Your personal information is not shared with or sold to third parties.
